Use on dry hair only.
Dry brush your scalp in a downward direction for 2-3 minutes. This helps remove dead skin cells from the scalp as well help distribute moisture throughout the scalp. Do this 1-2x a day.
Massage your scalp gently using the brush in circular slow motions for 5-10 minutes. Do this 1-2x a day
Clean this brush at least once a week by using the rake brush or with cold shampoo diluted water. Wash off the dirty part only and lay it on a dry towel.
